What are some good colleges that offer variety of computer science courses?

I am a sophomore in High School right now and i am pursuing a career in computer science. which colleges offer a variety of computer programming course's,for example, computer programming, web page design,software developing. I want to get either a Bachelor's degree or a Masters degree. I don't know which one is better, can you very nice people also explain this to me. I have no one else to talk to so please help...This is about my future and i need somebody to help me because my parents are not well educated

There are a lot of good schools for computer science. If I were you I'd talk to my guidance counselor at your high school. Depending where you live, you may have choices in your own backyard instead of going across the country.





When you go to college, you first get a bachelor's degree. This is what you get when you go though a college or university, it usually 4 years (though you can do it quicker or take longer).





A master's degree is what you can get if you go to graduate school. For engineering or computer science, this usually takes 2 years or so. You don't have to get a master's degree, a bachelor's degree can be just fine. But getting a master's degree does give you and advantage.





After the master's degree, you can get a doctorate, or Ph.D. That requires usually about 3-5 years and is much more difficult to obtain as it requires a lot more work. Usually people who get this go into research or academia (teaching), but it does help in industry, too.
