I am taking computer science in the fall , what kind of math would be involved?
You will need:

1. Algebra (for simple calculations),

2. Inductive Logic (for Loop statements)

3.Binary Logic (for if-then-else)

4. Set Theory (for search/compares)

Any more math can be accessed thru simple interfaces to specialized libraries.
Reply:You're going to need the whole Calculus program. Make sure you really do well.
Reply:You will do Algebra, trigonometry, and a lot of Calculus, you will do probably and statistics, and Geometry. If you research a school that has the program you are interested in, it should tell you exactly what Math Classes are required.
Reply:g2, don't forget differential equations! :(
