You can't beat this publisher, I am not an author but I work with a lady whose husband is and he gives this place 5 stars.

Generally text books require a team of PH Ds working out a college who distill the topic into a concise abstract.

Your book will go through peer review by these people. It will be sent to one or more PHDs at a college for anaylsis.
