What kind of Computer Science jobs exist?

I'm majoring in my third year of computer science and just realized that many jobs wanting my expertise will be office/cubicle jobs. Having an office/cubicle job right now and deciding that the office life is not right for me, I'm wondering where I will end up in the future. I'd prefer a job where I can travel and live wherever I want, perhaps somewhere in Europe, and write/modify code from a remote location. That would make me happy.

My computer science professors emphasize working on teams and I don't know if I would be able to travel and do what I want and still remain part of that team.

What I'm really saying is that my dream is to travel (not just whimpy vacations, but to live), but most jobs in the computer science field are office-like and, in my opinion, boring.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can do both with a computer science degree? - travel and work remotely.

Check O*NET. Search computer and travel, see if you get anything.
Reply:No, you aren't likely to be able to travel all the time with a computer science career - or most other careers either. Very few if any employers will let you just sit on a beach somewhere and work remotely. Even jobs where you work remotely usually have fairly frequent face-to-face meetings.

Welcome to the world. That's why they call it "work" - it you got to set the rules, and do what sounded like fun to you, they'd call it play. And nobody would probably pay you for it. But if you get a good enough job, you'll have the money to travel on your vacation time.

There are lots of jobs in the computer field that don't involve spending most of your day in a cubicle or office, but they do generally require that you be in a certain place.
Reply:I saw a site last year for the first, I think their guide is so strong and they have many secrets that no one don't know about it, Go and visit them, and then plz tell me about what do you think about their secrets, They are a great site I think.
