Between Chico State, UC Santa Barbara and San Jose State, which offers the most opportunities and has the best programs for computer science? Ranking would be nice :)
Which college has the best and most active computer science program?
Of the three, UC-Santa Barbara is in a different and much higher considered school.
Cal. State U. Chico comes next, followed very closely by San Jose State.
If you think you may go to graduate school some day, by all means consider UC-SB very seriously.
