What university in philippines is the best for teaching COMPUTER SCIENCE and PSYCHOLOGY???
I think, the best university for teaching computer science or pyschology is UP...I think, UP is known for being highly recommended in so many aspects. like in choosing your course to take up in your college...but actually, it depends upon the student if you're really competitive enough and you're willing to learn..it's not the university that counts, it's on the person itself on how he/she handle....that's all..

Reply:school for me doesn't matter as long as you are focus with your interest, but, we can hide bec. of global competence school quality matters up. i think SILIMAN or UP
